Ewen Pettit
Founder & Head of Strategy

Ewen oversees the strategic direction across all of Element’s projects.
An experienced researcher, strategist and workshop facilitator, he uses insight as a springboard to solve problems and identify new avenues or futures for brands. Ewen’s strength and passion lies in immersing himself in the world of the problem - the business, the consumer, or culture, to carefully architect plans that help business and brands grow.
He has a wealth of experience spanning consumer research, consulting and brand and communications strategy in Europe, North America and Australia. He has worked across most categories with particular emphasis in the alcohol, FMCG, automotive, tourism, telecommunications, and finance spaces.
